چکیده
The treatment of posterior segment disorders the eye requires therapeutic strategies to achieve drug effects over prolonged times. Innovative colloidal delivery systems can be designed deliver drugs retina and prolong their intravitreal permanence. In order exploit pullulan (Pull) as polymeric carrier for delivery, derivatives hydrophobic model molecule rhodamine B (RhB) were conjugated backbone through linkers with different stability, namely ether (Et), hydrazone (Hy) or ester (Es) bond obtain Pull-Et-RhB, Pull-Hy-RhB Pull-Es-RhB, respectively. Dynamic light scattering transmission electron microscopy analyses showed that polymer conjugates self-assembled into 20-25 nm particles. Pull-Et-RhB was fairly stable at all tested pH values. At vitreal 7.4, 50% RhB released from Pull-Es-RhB in 11 6 days, endosomal (5.5), 4 1 Multiple particle tracking ex vivo porcine diffusivity bioconjugates vitreous about 103 times lower than water. Flow cytometry confocal are remarkably taken up by retinal RPE cells. studies after injection mice, localize ganglion cell layer inner outer plexiform layers. particles detected also inside blood vessels. These results demonstrate tailored conjugation is a promising vehicle long-acting injectables capable permeate retina.

development of different optical methods for determination of glucose using cadmium telluride quantum dots and silver nanoparticles
a simple, rapid and low-cost scanner spectroscopy method for the glucose determination by utilizing glucose oxidase and cdte/tga quantum dots as chromoionophore has been described. the detection was based on the combination of the glucose enzymatic reaction and the quenching effect of h2o2 on the cdte quantum dots (qds) photoluminescence.in this study glucose was determined by utilizing glucose...
development and implementation of an optimized control strategy for induction machine in an electric vehicle
in the area of automotive engineering there is a tendency to more electrification of power train. in this work control of an induction machine for the application of electric vehicle is investigated. through the changing operating point of the machine, adapting the rotor magnetization current seems to be useful to increase the machines efficiency. in the literature there are many approaches wh...

facilitating lexical access for the fluent production of speech
the hypothesis is that recent and frequent exposure to lexical items leads to a more fluent production of speech in terms of rate of speech. to test the hypothesis , a one- way anova experimental design was carried out. 24 senior student of efl participated in a one-way interview test. data analyses revealed that those who were exposed frequently to the lexical items over a week prior to inte...
